Kaleem Ahmed Farms sits just outside Bahawalpur, where the soil is dry, the sun is long, and mehndi has been grown for as long as anyone here can remember.
Everything we sell is made by one family. Mehndi leaves are picked, shade-dried and ground so the colour comes out deep and red without a single chemical helper. The achar is cut, salted and left in mustard oil on the roof until the season finishes the job — no vinegar shortcuts, no preservatives, no bulking agents.
Because we work in small batches, stock moves in waves. When a jar sells out, the next one is a genuine wait. We think that is the right trade for food that tastes the way your grandmother remembers.
